Anne Jacobi, President

Over thirty years experience in condominium and multi-family property management, I have always been a result oriented individual with a natural leadership ability, strong supervisory and team building skills. I have been a successful manager over progressively larger portfolios. My strengths include strong organizational skills….self motivated…quality driven….successful people skills….a team player who relates well to others…and a strong hands-on approach.

Anne Jacobi’s career in property management began in 1982 as a leasing agent for a 624 unit property in Memphis, Tennessee. She immediately portrayed strong leasing skills and won several awards with Fogelman Management within the first six months. Soon afterwards she was rapidly promoted within the company and landed the opportunity of managing an award winning community with a 1002 units overseeing a staff of 75 employees. This community of Watergrove won many prestige awards for being one of the top communities and it’s first in the city to offer luxury apartment living. Anne created concierge services, implemented and hired an activities coordinator and managed a team that continuously received awards within the organization.

In 1986, she was approached, by a small firm at that time, to oversee a new construction project managed by the LEDIC Group. After achieving a major lease up with this property she was promoted to the corporate office as their first female District Property Manager. Until 1993 she played a major role in property acquisitions and helped grow the company from 600 units under its portfolio to over 4,000 units including the Nashville area.

In 1994 she was offered a Regional Manager position with a locally owned growing company Tesco Properties. Based in Memphis, her portfolio included properties in Georgia, Indiana, and Arkansas and again played a major role in property acquisitions in several states throughout the southeast.

In mid 1998, she moved to Sun Valley Idaho. Initially employed with Premier Resorts, Anne quickly realized this slower pace would not be her style. She switched careers and went to work for Blaine County Planning and Zoning which allowed her the opportunity to be educated with the area and understand the planning and zoning laws within the Wood River Valley.

In 2002, she founded and became President of PioneerWest Property Management LLC exclusively managing Homeowner Associations. The company has rapidly grown acquiring properties under the company’s portfolio simply by word of mouth. PioneerWest now manages 23 associations within the Wood River Valley. Anne believes that hiring good people and giving good service is the key to success.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

LauraLynn Reichardt

LauraLynn is the newest team member to PioneerWest.  She has a great positive attitude and a professional outlook.   She was specifically chosen to be Anne’s Assistant because of her ability to multitask, her eye for detail, and her approach to getting the job done efficiently and accurate.  LauraLynn’s 19 year background in the hospitality industry was considered the perfect match when selecting her to be the first person homeowner’s meet at PioneerWest. She has a huge responsibility in her current role. While staying informed about each association, she is responsible for maintaining and assisting homeowner’s with their accounts, administering the HOA website, administrative duties as well as attending Board of Director’s and Membership meetings.  Daily, she is Anne’s right-hand person and is a strong asset to the company. She has a strong work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.

Grounds & Light Maintenance

Tiffany Cross

Tiffany has worked with PioneerWest since the spring of 2007. She was hand-picked by Anne to be responsible for exterior grounds and light maintenance. After she was heavily trained by Anne, Tiffany quickly became one of the company’s biggest assets. She understands all facets of property management and is the company’s boots on the ground. She is responsible for the cleanliness of the property and exterior lights. She is on call 24/7 for any type of maintenance emergency.
